In the green heart of Tuscany, just outside the quiet village of Riparbella, lies an attractive holiday home with a private outdoor swimming pool hidden between the hills. Here, just a stone's throw from the Etruscan Coast, nature, silence and Italian village life come together effortlessly. Within twenty minutes you can drive to the coastline full of pine trees, charming beaches and ancient villages.

The holiday home is suitable for 8 people and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, spread over two floors. On the ground floor you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with fireplace, sitting area and satellite TV, and a large kitchen with 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee makers, milk frother and kettle. There is a separate dining area with dining table and pellet stove, plus a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the 1st floor are two bedrooms with double beds and two smaller bedrooms with two single beds each. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Outside you will find the private swimming pool with sun terrace, outdoor shower, sun loungers, table and chairs, a barbecue and a pergola at the house. The last 500 meters of the access road is on an unpaved path that slopes gradually. Please note that there is a provincial road in the valley at the bottom of the site, the traffic of which may be audible at times.

Surroundings

Riparbella is about three kilometers from the house and has a bakery, bar, some restaurants, a small convenience store and a pharmacy. For larger supermarkets and more shops, drive to Cecina, about 16 kilometers away. The Etruscan Coast offers beautiful beaches such as Cecina Mare, Marina di Bibbona and San Vincenzo, ideal for families. Culture lovers can follow the wine routes through Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri or visit Volterra for shops and Etruscan art treasures. For active holidaymakers, there are opportunities to go hiking, play tennis, go horseback riding or visit an adventure park. Cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Siena and Piombino are all within easy reach and make this holiday home an ideal base for a combination of tranquility, beach and culture.
