The residence is housed in a restored, centuries-old farmhouse with original details such as chestnut beams and terracotta floors. Here you have a spacious living room with sitting and dining area, a kitchen corner with 4-burner hob, fridge freezer and coffee maker, and 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Outside, you have a private terrace with garden furniture where you can look out over the green surroundings. The pool is located in the large, fenced garden and is ideal for hot summer days. In the immediate vicinity are hiking trails, mountain bike tours and small villages that you can discover on foot or by bike. A baby cot can be added on request.

Castelfranco di Sopra, 1.5 km away, is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and has an attractive center with squares, narrow streets and historic buildings. Culture vultures can visit the Abbey of Sant'Salvatore, which houses impressive 15th-century frescoes. In addition, every first Sunday of the month there is a large antique market in Arezzo, ideal for lovers of flea markets and art.
