The kitchen is equipped with the main facilities and both bedrooms have air conditioning. Two bathrooms with shower offer extra convenience. Outside, a private seating area with table and chairs awaits, perfect for a quiet breakfast. On the estate you will also find a swimming pool with sun terrace, a large garden with play areas and some bicycles to discover the area. Grassina is about 1 km walk, although the route requires some climbing due to the height differences.
