The holiday home for 7 people (6+1) consists of three floors and combines space with typical Tuscan elements. On the ground floor is a large dining area with a long kitchen unit, equipped with a fridge freezer, 4-burner hob, electric mini oven, Italian coffee maker, kettle and a generous dining table. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with sitting area, an extra toilet and access to a large roof terrace. This terrace offers a lot of privacy and a beautiful panoramic view, ideal for long evenings outside. An extra bed can also be placed on this floor.

The top floor has three bedrooms: two with a double bed, each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and a third bedroom with two single beds and also a private bathroom. Outside there is another small private room with table and chairs. The estate has a swimming pool with sun terrace, spacious gardens and playground equipment, while bicycles are ready to discover the immediate surroundings. About 1 km away is Grassina, with a supermarket, bakery, ATM and cosy bars and restaurants — be aware of the elevation changes on the walk back up the hill.

From this location you can effortlessly discover the cities of art and landscapes that make Tuscany so special. Florence (10 km) is quickly accessible by bus from Grassina and ideal to explore on foot or by bike. Fiesole is 13 km away, with its Roman amphitheatre and green walking routes in the Parco di Monte Ceceri. The Chianti region is practically around the corner, with villages such as Greve in Chianti (20 km) and Castellina in Chianti (30 km), where famous wines can be tasted. Furthermore, Prato (30 km), Vinci (51 km), Pistoia (64 km) and San Gimignano (55 km) are within comfortable driving range, each with its own mix of art, history and local gastronomy. This area is an ideal base for those who want to experience Tuscany in all its variety.
