Apartment in the Tuscan countryside with plenty of room to play

The residence is located in a restored farmhouse of over 200 years old, with original chestnut beams and terracotta floors. Spacious living area with double sofa bed, kitchenette with 4-burner hob, fridge freezer and coffee machine. In addition, there is 1 bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Outside you have your own seat. The sofa bed converts into 2 beds for children up to 12 years old (extra charge, see price table). Baby cot is not possible here. On the property you will find a swimming pool, a large fenced garden and several play areas for children. In the high season the whole is sometimes rented out as one large holiday home, but in other periods the 4 apartments are available separately. The owner lives on the property with 2 cats and a dog, but fully respects your privacy. Activities such as cooking workshops, yoga classes, photography and archery are available on request. Charging stations for electric cars can be found 7 km away.

Discover the Tuscan Valdarno

The residence is located 1.5 km from the village of Castelfranco di Sopra, in the middle of an olive grove in a panoramic spot overlooking the valley. The well-known route "Sette Ponti" runs along here and connects Arezzo and Florence. The surrounding area consists of vineyards and olive groves, forests and impressive sandstone formations. From the grounds you can make beautiful hiking or mountain bike tours to medieval villages such as Pian di Sco, Loro Ciuffenna and Figline Val d'Arno. Cities such as Florence, Arezzo, Cortona and Siena can be reached within 1 hour. Every first Sunday of the month there is a large antique market in Arezzo.

Castelfranco di Sopra is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and has several attractions such as the Abbey of Sant Salvatore and a 14th-century fresco in the town hall.
